Return Policy

1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to decide whether to return it. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition;
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact;
• Items must be in resellable condition.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Base layers and undergarments (e.g., shaping waist-trimming base layers) — for hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless they have quality defects;
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged;
• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories;
• Clearance or final sale items (as explicitly marked on the product page).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, return reason, and item details;
• We will review your request and reply with a return authorization and return address within 1–2 business days;
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order information, and ship it to the provided address;
• Email us the tracking number after shipping so we can track your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product quality issue (e.g., damage, wrong size, incorrect item), the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Please pay the shipping fee upfront, and we will reimburse it along with your refund upon presentation of a valid receipt;
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., don't like it, doesn't fit, changed your mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The actual crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider's processing cycle, which typically takes 3–10 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed.

6. Exchanges

If you need an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), please return the original item following the return process and indicate the desired replacement in your email. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer. If the exchange is due to a quality issue, the related shipping costs will be covered by us.

7. Inspection of Returns

All returned items are subject to quality inspection. If an item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., worn, washed, or missing tags), we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you, with the shipping cost borne by the buyer.
